Small sized classes of 5 at the Mount Waverley yoga studio, where individual attention is maximised and students have exercises tailored to their needs 

  • Beginner-friendly: The correct techniques will be taught, monitored and corrected as required, to ensure that the proper yoga foundation is created in order to avoid bad habits and possible injuries

  • Exercises are designed for each and every student, according to an individual’s age, fitness level, and injury history

The complexities of modern worklife often result in stress, low productivity, and burnout. Yoga In Mount Waverley will come to your workplace and host yoga sessions to ensure your employees can avoid these pitfalls, master work-life balance, and become happier, more productive colleagues

  • Classes are available before, during, or after work hours

  • Classes are structured according to group goals, such as meditation, fitness, or a combination of both

Small Sized Classes

  • Bookings for small sized classes and corporate yoga are essential, and can be made by filling out the contact form or calling us direct

  • Casual single classes are 1 hour long and priced at $20 per person​

  • A pass for 10 classes can be purchased for $170. The pass will expire 12 weeks from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given for missed classes

Corporate Classes

  • Corporate yoga classes can be arranged before, during, or after work hours, and are priced at $120 per session

  • Corporate yoga courses for 8, 10, or 12 sessions are available for pre-purchase at the reduced rate of $100 per session

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Yoga In Mount Waverley is dedicated to providing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga to students of all ages and fitness levels, and does so in a warm and inviting atmosphere.


Puneeta has been involved in the world of Yoga since the age of 10, when she was first introduced to it by her mother. At 19, she began teaching the spiritual practice in Singapore, before moving to London where she opened a studio focusing on the Hatha and Vinyasa styles for over 10 years. Her international experience eventually brought her to Melbourne, where she opened Yoga In Mount Waverley with one core principle in mind: that it should be open to people from all walks of life, no matter their age, fitness level, or experience.

 

Focusing on two of Yoga's most distinct styles - Hatha and Vinyasa - her teaching method emphasises correct technique and the mastery of each pose. With over 20 years' experience, Puneeta has taught a wide range of students whom, with regular class attendance, have gone on to master the most difficult poses known in Yoga.
